A Bit About Me
My preferred medium for painting is watercolour on sheets of luxurious Arches and Fabriano paper, with brushes that behave consistently well. I love adding other media such as pastels, ink, gouache and gold leaf, as the mood takes me.
My inspiration comes from my garden and the surrounding veld and wetlands. The old mining structures and historical buildings in my home town speak of a neglected and forgotten bygone era that begs to be recognised and recorded.
